• You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of rasmeensethi.com.  A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account.
• Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 10-12 business days.
• Articles on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

• We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective we will be happy to exchange it.
• Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customers.
